This entry-level role offers hands-on training through our structured on-the-job training (OJT) program, working alongside experienced welders to build your career in automated welding. What You’ll Do:

• Set up, operate, and monitor automated CNC welding equipment for gas turbine engine parts.
• Follow pre-set parameters in computer-controlled welding operations (no adjustments during process).
• Learn welding techniques, equipment use, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with experienced welders and supervisors for skill development.
• Take on increasing responsibility as your skills and experience grow.
